Equipped with RS485 communication function
- RS485 communication (MODBUS RTU) enables various settings and checking of operating status.
- Frequency and output power settings and oscillation status can be read out for preventive maintenance.
Optimal and Stable Cleaning
Automatic frequency tracking and constant power output by digital control system enable optimum cleaning by ultrasonic oscillation at optimum frequency and stable constant power output for various load fluctuations such as liquid depth, liquid temperature, liquid type, pressure reduction, and workpiece status.

- Adjacent dual-frequency switching oscillation
Suppresses cavitation stoppage and propagates ultrasonic waves farther.
The pumping action makes it suitable for cleaning the inside of small tubes and through-hole substrates. - FM oscillation
Eliminates unevenness in cleaning by moving the position of standing waves due to frequency modulation.
Damage to the workpiece is reduced by changing the position of cavitation generation. - Single frequency oscillation
Powerful cavitation is generated, suitable for cleaning persistent dirt. - Pulse oscillation
Single-frequency output modulated intermittent oscillation is effective for soft cleaning and degassing promotion.
Improved maintainability
The auto-tuning function eliminates the need for oscillator adjustment when replacing a transducer unit of the same specifications.
When an abnormality occurs in the oscillator, ultrasonic oscillation is safely stopped, the cause of the abnormality is diagnosed, and six types of abnormalities are identified and indicated by the lighting patterns of the lamps on the front panel. This is effective in clarifying the cause of the trouble and quickly resolving it.
