FM+AM oscillation method

FM modulation refers to continuously varying the frequency of ultrasonic waves, and AM modulation refers to varying the output. This FM+AM oscillation makes the ultrasonic waves in the tank uniform, reducing unevenness in cleaning and providing stable performance against load fluctuation from workpiece, liquid type and liquid depth.
